Send Player Report Cards in SkillShark: A Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Navigate to Reports

  • Click on the ‘Reports’ section on the left-hand navigation bar.

  • Click on ‘Individual Reports.’


Step 2: Select the Event

  • Click on the ‘Events’ button on the top left-hand side.

  • Select which event you would like to pull data from for the individual report.

  • Note: Multiple events can be selected at a time.


Step 3: Modify Reports

  • To modify the report, click on the ‘Customize Report’ button on the top right-hand side. From there, you can adjust the settings to modify what will show on the report card:

    • Player details- Jersey colour, primary position, team, and age.

    • Display options- Comments, videos, and developmental resources.

    • Group score visibility- Metric average score, metric min/max, and overall rank.

  • Hit ‘Save’ to apply your customized settings. *These changes will apply to all your players’ reports.


Step 4: Send Reports to Players

  • Navigate back to the main page by clicking on the ‘Individual Reports’ button on the top left-hand side.


  • Select specific athletes by checking the boxes next to their names.

  • *If you want to send a report card to all players, click on the check box beside the ‘Player’ column to select all.

  • Click the blue ‘Send Reports’ button on the top right-hand side. Reports will be sent directly to your athletes’ inboxes.
