We now have a professionally managed database of all our athletes. Not only do we strongly believe in the product, we believe in the people who are standing behind it. We will be SkillShark users for life."

Andrew Muir

Head Coach - Water Polo Canada

"We have 1000 kids, 87 different sessions, and close to 100 hours of evaluations that take place. I wouldn’t even be able to calculate the time SkillShark has saved us. Evaluators find it easy, coaches are happy, and I now have concrete data that I can show a parent if questions come up. It’s a great program."

James Mays

Technical Director, PA Minor Hockey

"The software was super easy to learn. I was able to explain to the team how to use it in just under 20 minutes. Everything about SkillShark is super efficient and useful. This program is of such great use for our industry. We needed something like this a long time ago."

Tryouts: Score athletes on fundamentals such as balance, edge control, and turn technique to make fair roster decisions.
Baseline assessments: Providing an early evaluation helps identify athletes' strengths, weaknesses, and development goals for the upcoming season.
Mid-season check-ins: Use this as a halfway point to re-evaluate athletes. Track improvement, modify positioning, and adjust practices to focus on specific skill gaps (i.e., turn precision and weight transfer).
Year-end evaluations: Track athlete development throughout the season to provide detailed and actionable feedback.

SkillShark offers an unlimited free version of the app for your first 25 athletes. The free version includes:

Create one evaluation event
Invite up to two evaluators
Customize your coaching template
Access athlete rankings post-evaluation
Send customizable athlete report cards

After evaluations, coaches are left manually transferring scores from paper to spreadsheets: one entry at a time. It’s tedious and time-consuming, and a single mistyped or missing score can skew the integrity of your results. And after all that, you still have to build the reports from scratch to begin analyzing athlete performance.

With SkillShark, instantly access auto-generated reports the moment your evaluations wrap up. SkillShark's advanced reporting lets you rank and compare athletes, draft balanced teams, and deliver personalized feedback through individual report cards. No data entry, no report set up. Simply choose the report, select your athletes and skills, and you're done.
