Can I try SkillShark before I pay for it?

Absolutely. You can get full access to our evaluation platform with up to 25 players for free. This allows you to test out our Evaluation Software before you commit to any payment plan.

What do you mean by unlimited evaluations?

You can evaluate a player as many times as you wish during the year. We encourage you to get the most out of SkillShark by evaluating players and sharing feedback throughout the season.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There are no setup fees on any of our plans. We provide free training to help you get up and running your first evaluation.

What if I don’t know my final registration numbers until right before tryouts?

No problem! You can purchase blocks of 25 athletes at any time. Simply navigate to your account settings to add more player licenses to your subscription. We encourage you to purchase athletes before the day of the event and add blocks as needed.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel your subscription any time before the renewal date and your account will not auto renew.

What if I cut players, do I have to pay for the cut players too?

Yes. Most organizations use SkillShark beyond just tryouts, and adding a few dollars to a tryout or registration fee will cover the cost of using the system all year.

How does billing work?

SkillShark is billed annually in USD. You can pay with a credit card or request an invoice to pay by check or ACH. Contact our sales team if you have other needs.

Will I get training and support?

Absolutely. We offer 1-on-1 training for all new accounts. All accounts get email support 24/7.

When will I be billed?

After you’ve added more than 25 players, we’ll ask you to fill in your billing information to subscribe. Your subscription will auto-renew one year from your subscription date.

Is my data secure in SkillShark?

Yes. SkillShark uses top of the line security and data storage capabilities. Your personal information will be protected, and never be sold.
