Tryouts: Score players on fundamentals such as ball control, stick-handling technique, and reaction speed.
Baseline assessments: Providing an early evaluation helps identify players' strengths, weaknesses, and development goals for the upcoming season.
Mid-season check-ins: Use this as a halfway point to re-evaluate players. Track improvement, modify positioning, and adjust practices to focus on specific skill gaps (i.e., shot accuracy or defensive positioning).
Year-end evaluations: Track player development throughout the season to provide detailed and actionable feedback.

After evaluations, coaches are left manually transferring scores from paper to spreadsheets: one entry at a time. It’s tedious and time-consuming, and a single mistyped or missing score can skew the integrity of your results. And after all that, you still have to build the reports from scratch to begin analyzing player performance.

With SkillShark, instantly access auto-generated reports the moment your evaluations wrap up. SkillShark's advanced reporting lets you rank and compare athletes, draft balanced teams, and deliver personalized feedback through individual report cards. No data entry, no report set up. Simply choose the report, select your players and skills, and you're done.
