Progress Reports
Progress Reports in SkillShark: A Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Navigate to Reports

- Go to the navigation bar on the left-hand side and select ‘Reports.’
- Scroll down to ‘Progress Report.’
- **In order for individual development reports to work, athletes must be evaluated on at least two events. Otherwise, their progress cannot be tracked.
Step 2: Filter by Event

- Head to the ‘Events’ filter at the top of the screen.
- Select the specific events you’d like to display data for in the report.
Step 3: Select Criteria

- Navigate to the blue ‘Select Criteria’ button on the top right-hand side of the screen.

- Select the criteria you want to include in your report.
- In this example, we want to focus only on the technical skills (such as dribbling, heading, and passing).
- Once done, click the ‘X’ button. Any changes will be auto-saved.
Step 4: Scroll Through Players
- Click on any player in the left-hand column, and scroll through each skill to see their progress.
- Hover over any data point to see a score.

- In this example, only players who were scored on technical skills (dribbling, heading, tackling, and shooting) will have data points.
- If a player wasn’t scored on technical skills, their report will turn up empty.
Step 5: Share Reports with Players

- Click on the ‘Athlete Settings’ tab.
- Toggle on the ‘Show Progress Reports to Athletes.’
- Manage which events and metrics you would like to be visible on the progress report.
- *Athletes will then get an email with a link to view their report.
