Comparing Development in SkillShark: A Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Navigate to Reports

• Go to the navigation bar on the left-hand side and select ‘Reports.’
• Scroll down to ‘Compare Development.’

Step 2: Choose Events

• Click on the ‘Events’ button on the top left-hand side.
• Select all of the applicable events (i.e., tryouts, mid-season evaluations, clinics, skills sessions, etc) that you would like to view data for.
• Note: A minimum of two events must be selected. There is no maximum.

Step 3: Select Evaluation Metrics

• Click on the blue ‘Select Metric’ button on the top right-hand side.

• Select the metric you want to use to compare player development
• Click on the ‘X’ button after choosing the metric. Changes will be auto-saved.
• Note: Only one metric can be chosen at a time.

Step 4: Select Players

• Select which players you want to assess by clicking on the appropriate names on the left-hand side.
• Alternatively, you can search for a player’s name in the ‘Search’ bar on the top left-hand side.
• Note: Up to 5 players at a time can be selected.

Step 5: View Report

• Hover over each data point to see a specific player’s score.
• Easily select or deselect players you want to include in the comparison report at any time.
